Parking in Downtown Toronto

Wow look at all the new condominium buildings downtown
Downtown toronto living is the life walking to the local patio/restaurant for dinner is’nt this great! Well its great if you do not drive as its geting harder to find that elusive parking space especially if you are driving down from the suburbs. Let’s face it last year’s parking space is today’s condo.
With a New Municipal bylaw coming there will be even less conventional parking available as some of the existing parking will be placed aside for Autoshare and Zipcar alternative vehicle use programs.
Will this law be good for the Entertainment District in downtown? I think it will suffer until we all adjust to the more localized economies of the future. These economies will come in time!
