Condominiums vs Single Family Homes well there are advantages to both
Condominiums
- Maintenance is taken care of
- Everyone lives by the same rules
- Affordability
Single Family Home
- Changing weather brings seasonal maintenance
- Rodents, squirrels, raccoons
- Nosey, noisy neighbours
- Affordability depending on location can be an issue
My thoughts think long term if you are planning a marriage what about children? That Condo may now be too small. Ultimately it is what you can afford isnt it. oh! here is a statistic to mull over sales in condo apartments now represent 50% of the market today. Think this has anything to do with affordability?
